PIB was ready to evolve. We led a full brand refinement — strategy and visual identity included — then brought it to life with a website built from the ground up.
The challenge
Programmed Insurance Brokers (PIB) had recently joined the Navacord network and needed a refreshed brand strategy and visual identity to reflect their new chapter — one that aligned with Navacord’s overarching brand framework while still preserving PIB’s own distinct personality.
Until this point, PIB had never gone through a formal brand strategy process. As they prepared to relaunch, they needed to define who they were, what they stood for, and how to stand out in a crowded insurance broker landscape.
Our approach
We began by helping PIB define the strategic foundation of their brand. Through collaborative workshops and stakeholder interviews, we developed a full brand platform that included purpose, mission, vision, values, positioning, unique value proposition, messaging framework, and brand narrative. The goal was to ensure their identity not only aligned with Navacord’s standards but also felt true to PIB’s culture, clients, and ambitions.
Once the strategy was in place, we turned our attention to visual identity. We refreshed PIB’s brand look and feel to better reflect their professionalism and approachability while ensuring cohesion with Navacord’s system. The result was a brand that felt elevated, trustworthy, and uniquely PIB.
With the new strategy and identity in place, we were then tasked with overhauling PIB’s website. We led a full user journey mapping exercise, followed by a new information architecture and site structure designed to improve navigation and showcase their services more clearly. From there, we developed search-optimized content in English and French, wireframes, and UI design, followed by site development, QA testing, launch planning, analytics framework implementation, and a site that meets accessibility guidelines.
The results
With a brand-new strategy and identity in place, PIB now has the tools to communicate their unique value with clarity and confidence. PIB's revamped and enhanced website, which launched in October 2025, brings the brand to life online with a fully optimized user experience and design that reflects their expertise and delivers results for their organization and their audience.
Our partnership has equipped PIB with a cohesive and scalable brand system, one that strengthens their voice within the Navacord network and positions them to grow with impact.
Accessibility was a key consideration in how we shaped the navigation. We made menu items larger and easier to read, and refined the hierarchy so people can quickly find the information that matters most to them.
