The challenge

 

PAMT Consulting reached out to Twig&Tonic, looking for marketing support to amplify and mature their brand in the ServiceNow consulting space – in support of their growth targets of 50% in 2025. Working side-by-side with the PAMT team, we enhanced PAMT’s brand strategy and identity to establish a strong foundation for redesigning PAMT’s company website, optimizing event investments to drive leads and boost sales, and designing a professional suite of sales enablement tools to support PAMT’s growth objectives.

Our approach

Our team quickly became an extension of the PAMT Consulting marketing department, working closely with their team to uncover key insights that shaped and refined their brand strategy and identity refresh. We then developed the foundational brand guidelines and core assets to bring that strategy to life.

 

To support PAMT’s participation as sponsors at several industry conferences, we created marketing automation journeys and a social media strategy designed to maximize visibility and engagement. These events were critical to achieving PAMT’s growth targets, making it essential to deliver professional, on-brand communications to both existing and prospective clients.

 

Supporting five events across Canada and the U.S., we built targeted email marketing flows that generated excitement and encouraged attendance. After just one event, PAMT’s marketing efforts had already produced three warm leads with strong potential for conversion in a territory where they had virtually no presence prior to the event itself.

 

In collaboration with the sales team, we conducted a full audit of existing sales collateral and tools to identify gaps and opportunities. We then developed a refreshed suite of materials aligned with the new brand strategy and tailored to PAMT’s distinct audience segments — empowering the sales team to move prospects efficiently through the funnel.

 

We also partnered with PAMT to redesign and refresh their website, modernizing both content and visuals to reflect the new brand strategy and identity. The updated site is currently in development and set to launch in late 2025.

The results

Our work with PAMT is still in progress and results will be reported upon completion. 

Logo Refresh

Rather than a complete redesign, we took a strategic refresh approach. We retained the essence of the original logo — including key shapes and layout — to preserve visual continuity. From there, we introduced a cleaner, more versatile icon, refined the typography, and adjusted spacing and proportions for improved balance and legibility across digital and print applications.
