Greentec is a Canadian leader in secure and sustainable IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and electronics recycling. They help organizations protect data, meet compliance requirements, and advance circular economy goals through a fully traceable, end-to-end process.
As Greentec prepared to expand into Western Canada and the Northwestern U.S., the priority became modernizing the brand to match their scale and category leadership, while creating a system that could show up consistently across marketing, sales, and client reporting.
The challenge

Greentec had the operational strength and reputation to lead the category, including 100% guaranteed secure and compliant services, white-glove execution, and certified reporting. But the brand story wasn’t as clear or compelling as the service itself. They needed sharper positioning and a cohesive identity that would stand out in a crowded ITAD market, communicate trust quickly, and make it easier for enterprise and public-sector decision-makers to understand and choose Greentec.

At the same time, Greentec needed to translate complex, high-stakes services, like data destruction, chain-of-custody handling, and diversion outcomes, into messaging that felt confident and straightforward without losing the precision and proof required in high-compliance environments.

Twig&Tonic partnered with Greentec as a strategic and creative extension of the Sales and Marketing teams, building the brand foundation first and then turning it into tools and touchpoints that support growth.
1) Brand strategy & messaging platform
Working closely with Greentec’s leadership team, we refined the core brand platform, including mission, vision, values, and purpose. We then distilled what makes Greentec different into clear positioning, a strong unique value proposition, and messaging pillars grounded in what buyers care about most: security, certified compliance, sustainability, and accountability. The result was a story Greentec could tell consistently across every channel, one that clarified value quickly, reduced complexity, and gave the sales and marketing teams a shared language to convert interest into confidence.
2) Brand identity refresh
We brought the strategy to life through a complete visual identity refresh designed to feel modern, credible, and ownable. The updated system was built to work everywhere Greentec shows up, from digital and sales materials to field-facing applications and their truck fleet. This consistency created stronger recognition, a more premium first impression, and clearer trust cues at every touchpoint.

3) Content marketing & social activation
To support revenue growth, we developed a content marketing strategy aligned to the new brand and activated it across key online and offline channels. With clearer themes, stronger storytelling, a strategic editorial plan, and consistent execution, Greentec gained a repeatable way to build visibility, demonstrate expertise, and reinforce leadership in-market without starting from scratch each time content was needed.

4) Sales collateral & client-facing materials
We refreshed Greentec’s sales collateral and client materials to create a seamless, premium experience from first touch through to final reporting. By tightening the narrative, elevating design, and strengthening proof points, we equipped sales and account management with clearer tools. Clients experienced a more consistent, confidence-building journey that reinforced Greentec’s standards, rigor, and results.
